In December 2025, a new player of exceptional scale emerged in the Nordic renovation and refurbishment market. Four Nordic renovation groups built during the 2020s merged to form Circura Group. The merger brought together re:mount in Finland. It also included Circura companies in Sweden and Denmark, and Vokstr in Norway. In total, the group includes 48 local subsidiaries. It reaches nearly one billion euros in revenue. It employs more than 2,500 professionals.
Mailand acted as Circura Group’s communications partner in Finland. This work was part of the broader Nordic announcement. Our role was to ensure the Finnish announcement aligned with the overall Nordic narrative. At the same time, it needed to be locally clear and relevant. We explained what had happened, clarified why the change was made and described what it means in Finland. The key messages highlighted the scale of the new group. They emphasized its clear strategic focus on renovation services. They also underlined its long-term growth ambitions.

It was covered by two key publications: Kauppalehti and Rakennuslehti. The coverage positioned Circura Group from the outset as one of the most significant players in the Nordic renovation sector.
A continuation of the partnership with re:mount
Mailand has been re:mount’s communications partner since spring 2022. The Circura Group announcement was a natural continuation of this collaboration. The industry and the company’s way of working were already familiar to us. So were its communications practices. This made it possible to execute the Finnish part efficiently. It also ensured a seamless fit with the wider Nordic launch.
